| Ahmed Ezz, Chairman and Managing Director |
|
|
Mr. Ezz has been chairman of the board of directors (‘‘Chairman’’) and Managing Director (‘‘Managing Director’’) of ezzsteel since he founded the Company in 1994. He also serves as Chairman of Ezz Group (a position he has held since the founding of the Company in 1998), as Chairman and Managing Director of EZDK (a position he has held since 2000), as Chairman and Managing Director of EFS (a position he has held since the founding of the Company in 1998). Mr. Ezz is a member of the Egyptian Parliament since 2000.

| Alaa Abul-Kheir, Director |

Mr. Abul-Kheir was appointed a member of the board of directors of ezzsteel in 1994. He is the co-Managing Director of EZDK, a position he has held since 2005. Prior to this appointment he served as the Managing Director of ezzsteel. He is also a member of the board of directors of EZDK, EFS, ESM and Ezz Group since 2000, 1998, 1995 and 1998, respectively.

Mr. Omar was appointed a member of the board of directors of ezzsteel in 2005. He is also a member of the board of directors of EZDK, ESM and GEMMA since 2004, 1995 and 2000, respectively. He is also co-Managing Director of Ezz Group since 2000, as well as Managing Director of Al-Jawhara Real Estate Co. since 1998 and Chairman and Managing Director of GSDC since 2006.

| Raed El-Beblawy, Director |

Mr. Beblawy was appointed a member of the board of directors of ezzsteel since 1999. He has also been a member of the board of directors of EZDK since 2004. He is Chairman and Managing Director of GEMMA, a position he has held since 2004. Prior to this appointment, he served as General Manager of EZDK from 2001 to 2003.

Mr. El-Rouby was appointed a member of the board of directors of ezzsteel in 2003. He is also a member of the board of directors of each of EZDK, EFS, GEMMA and Al-Jawhara Real Estate Co. since 2004, 2003, 2003 and 1999, respectively. He is also a co-Managing Director of Ezz Group, a position he has held since 2003. Prior to these appointments, he served as the internal audit director of the Ezz Group from 1996 to 2003.

| Mohammed El-Berry, Director |

Mr. El-Berry was appointed a member of the board of directors of ezzsteel in 2000. He has also been a member of the board of directors of GEMMA since 2003 and a member of the board of directors of Al-Jawhara Real Estate Co. since 1999. He is the founding partner of El-Berry Law Office and served previously as a partner at Shalakany Law Office for 14 years. He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and is an adviser to the Egyptian Industry Federation

| Paul Chekaiban, Managing Director |

Mr. Chekaiban was appointed a Managing Director of ezzsteel in 2005. He has also been a member of the Board of directors of EZDK and EFS since 2000, the General Manager of EFS (a position he has held since 1998), and Chairman and Managing Director of ESM (a position he has held since 2005).
